Connection method of Multifunction Meter:
1. The input voltage should not be higher than the rated input voltage of the product (100V to 380V). If not, you should consider using PT. In order to facilitate maintenance, it is recommended to use a terminal block.
2. The standard rated input current is 5A or 1A. If it is greater than 5A, an external CT should be used. If there are other instruments connected to the CT used, the wiring should be connected in series. Before taking out the product’s current input wiring, be sure to disconnect the primary circuit of the CT or short-circuit the secondary circuit. It is recommended to use a wiring block for easy maintenance.
3. It is necessary to ensure that the input voltage and current are corresponding, the phase sequence is consistent, and the direction is consistent, otherwise there will be errors in the value and compliance of power and energy.
4. Multifunction Meter can work in three-phase four-wire mode or three-phase three-wire mode. The user should choose the corresponding wiring method according to the use situation. Generally, three-phase three-wire mode is used when there is no center line. When using the three-phase four-wire method, it should be noted that the on-site wiring method must be consistent with the wiring method set in the meter, otherwise the measurement data of the meter will be incorrect.
