Voltmeter register display electric energy meter is designed and manufactured according to actual situations of resident usage of electricity. The two-phase voltage and current through the sampling circuit switched into signals and the signals into a two-phase energy measurement specific integrated chip. The specific IC put out pulse signals which are proportional to the measured two-phase power to drive the register, to achieve measuring two-phase energy. At the same time, the energy meter output power test pulse with isolated optical coupler.
